Splintered heels’ treatment

Depending on the extent and depth of the cracks an appropriate treatment strategy is adopted. Podology treatment is painless, involving the removal of the excess of the horny layer of the surface of the heel with a podology cutter. Then, according to the fingerprint on the skin the pores of skin tissue are closed. In the case of small cracks the prepared heel is covered with a carefully selected skin softening agent, while in the case of deep heel cracks a wrap, individually matched to the needs, is applied.
